WILL THE TECHNICIAN HAVE THE PARTS WITH HIM?
We try to cover as many parts as possible in our vans as we can to prevent inconvenience to both parties. With the amount of brands and release of new models it is not always possible to have all parts. In the case that a technician has to return no additional callout fee will be charged
DO I PAY A SECOND CALL OUT FEE IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE PART WITH YOU?
NO! You will not be charged extra costs for us to return and fit the part
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept cash, eftpos, and credit cards. Real Estate Agents can be allocated a 30 day account
HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN GET A TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT?
Providing you are flexible, 1- 2 working days. Sometimes if the serviceman has work in your area he can fit you in that day
WHAT TIME WILL HE BE HERE?
Most appointments come with a 2 hour window. The reason being driving distance, logistics, and job types throughout the day
WHAT TIMES ARE YOU OPEN?
We start the day at 7am and finish at 6pm Monday to Friday and 7 am till l pm Saturday’s. We can come out later and after hours in special circumstances
IS IT WORTH REPAIRING?
If you are unsure we recommend that you take a look at the general condition of your appliance and estimate if it looks worn.

FILTERS- Are they cracked, brittle and falling apart?
SEALS- Are they bracken and coming away?
DOORS- Do they close properly?
Even if you have these problems they are easily repairable. Simply ask the technician for advice.
